Ok so in my last post I was talking about needing to find balance in my everyday life. So that would include finding the time to write on here... Recap of the last month the boy's are doing good so far in school. We had some family and friends up for Labor Day weekend..So their was 9 of us in my house but we survived and had a lot of fun.. My hubby and a close friend of ours got the Charger running which is so cool. Come to think of it I don't know if I ever posted about that? so recap about a year or so ago we picked up a1967 Dodge Charger it had been stored in a hanger for almost 20 years. It is in beautiful condition. So we have been working on that off and on since we got it. Had to do a few minor things but is running good. Then last weekend came and we took it a car show for the fun of it and right before we pulled into the drive way it died. Oh lord what's wrong now! so under the hood we go to find some wiring had melted to corrosion on the points. Common problem in old cars.. So the parts are on the way and we should have it up and running again just in time to put it away for the winter...As soon as I can put some pic's up I will.
Ok back to my wonderful last month, So the other day I get a letter from the state telling me that Cody is do for a booster shot. Ok? Well in this letter it states that I have till Oct 13th or I will be charged $25 dollars a day till he gets it and he could be expelled from school!! WTF are you kidding me? There are kids that go to school everyday and have never had shots! and you are going to expel my kid because he needs a booster shot!!! REALLY I think this world is a little messed up.. I can not believe you could expel someones kid for this when there are kid's who have never even had any shots going to school.
So today Cody has to have 2 shots so he can continue going to school.. Poor little guy thank god he has a high pain tolerance...So here I go to get my day started for we have Grandma & Grandpa Klein coming to visit us for the weekend. They are coming up this weekend because it is Cranberry Fest, Apparently the largest in the state. We have heard that Eagle River grows from about 1500 people to 30 thousand people all for a little red berry... Thank god we live out side of Eagle River because we hear you can't even get around their are so many people. So we will not be going till Sunday when all the Tourists are going home. At least it will be a little less crowed... So all in all it sounds like it will be a pretty fun weekend..
